We are members of the Care Forum of Wales and an accredited agency working in conjunction with Powys Social Services.
We offer services within a 20 mile radius of our registered office at Builth Wells.
Mrs. Patricia Roberts, the Registered Provider and Care Manager is the Owner of Tyn-y-Graig Country Ways Manor Care Home.
Mrs. Roberts has over 30 years experience in the care industry and has worked with varied client care groups working in towns, cities and rural country locations.
Our staff are vetted and provided with formal training, supervision and support throughout their employment.
We make every effort to ensure that our services and staff are of the highest possible quality.
We provide services any time of day and seven days a week. Outside of office hours or even if we are out of the office, our on-call system will enable you to contact a senior member of staff.
